Thanks. In addition to midstream pipeline assets being more long-lived, a large piece (or all of it?) does not depend directly on energy prices. My friend asked me if I thought that SE was undervalue now. I said that I did not know. Maybe it is fair now and was overpriced previously???

PS And even if a support assets has a long life -- rigs, boats, etc. When there is no demand, their value is zero. So balance sheets are misstated.
