Jack, As usual great feed back. However, I don't want to be misled. That has cost me plenty in the past. I've been there done that and I still want only the truth not a mistake. I do appreciate your judgement call on basis of contracts, revenue , etc. a very positive indicator. That doesn't mean I don't want to hear about negative issues, it just means I want to make sure I know what I'm talking about before I start up with one. Sandie
