High insider ownership is something I have come to view very negatively. CYAN had very high insider ownership approaching 40%, before they needed rescuing by CIEN. ENPH has almost 30% and you know what has happened there. I was always taught it was good too, but it has not turned out that way. finance.yahoo.com
