You've basically summed up what I believe though I never heard of the guy.

IMO it's not so much that the bear case for economic armageddon--which we've all heard so many times during this equity boom that it's worn out its welcome--is wrong. In fact, we've been in deep for quite a while now.

Long enough so that we think we're out of the woods. As though fiscal insolvency will never have consequences.

Asia is important because its big. It will prove to be too much of a stress for a financial system made more fragile by the year.

And while the global economy has for years provided our leaders with new ways to hide things, and buy time, it also ensures that when the game is finally played out it will be played out everywhere.
