WTIC 30 year Monthly Chart....not too many obvious signs on the monthly that we have a bottom.... and remember the Dec Chart is still forming.....

You would think that there would be an "event or two" of size to create a capitulation low in Crude...... not sure that the market trading at the late 2008 early 2009 levels is sufficient... looking at the Oscillator momentum set up..... BB action. some divergence on the RSI ...... but we've had a powerful trend in force.
