Jim, I somewhere read an article on San Diego and your good water situation. It was just as you have said.

I did find it interesting in how difficult it was to get the needed approvals for the desalinization plant that just came on line. That process was - well - a perfect example of my view of California.

As the population of Ca grows and grows - it will be interesting to watch the different realities come to face reality.

It really puts thinks in perspective when one realizes the population of Ca approximates that of all of Canada - and Ohio is only slightly than Ontario.
