Pioneer Natural ($PXD) said it expects fourth quarter production to be between 213 MBOEPD to 215 MBOEPD, which is above the top end of its previous forecast. The company also said it expects 2016 production to grow by 10-15 percent, while it estimates its 2016 capital program to be $2.4 billion to $2.6 billion. Separately, the company said it has priced a public offering of its shares at $117 per share and that it has upsized its offering to 12 million shares from 10.5 million shares.
