Just yesterday, the President signed a bill "requiring background checks for those who intend to buy guns", something that 85% of the Americans support. Now, today, the Republicans voted to sign "repeal of Obamacare" which has received wide support where we now have 90% of the people covered (95% if the Republican Governors offer it in their states). So here is the irony, while Obama wants all of Americans tto live a fruitful and quality life by restricting weapons that kill and offering healthcare, the Republicans are equivocating that we die when the opportunity to do so arise such as from a bullet or illness.
