Disappointing that RC isn't willing to push this further. Likely a rationalization, but given the current geopolitical climate and uncertainty with China, maybe 25.5 isn't too bad, at least in the short term. For whatever it's worth, I will still vote against the merger as a matter of principle. Enjoyed the conversation on this board the short time I was on it. Thanks and as squeak22 said, glta.
