2) 7% drop leads to rest of day suspension of trading

A) 15 minute suspension began after 13 minutes of trading today in China

B) Rest of the day suspension occurs 1 minute after trading resumed.

complete panic among many shareholders and investors as these circuit breakers would have been implemented 15% of the trading days in 2015 ....had they been in place.
