I just read that Saudi Aramco is considering a public offering. I've often dreamed of owning shares in a Saudi Arabian oil co (no PSAs). I'm sure it has many of the same drawbacks as the other NOCs but I still wonder what the impact would be of such an avalanche of shares on already sated equity markets. It would produce some institutional shift for sure.
