TCT Retains Services of Hedlin/Lauder Associates Inc.

CALGARY, ALBERTA--Thermal Control Technologies Corp. is pleased to
announce it has retained the services of Hedlin/Lauder Associates
Inc. to provide shareholder communication services, subject to
regulatory approval. The contract is for a term of one year and
is renewable at the option of both parties.

A Calgary based corporate communications firm, Hedlin/Lauder will
be assisting TCT in the generation of awareness and understanding
of the company's products and their potential in North American
markets. Hedlin/Lauder is a member of the International Public
Relations Exchange, one of the largest networks of public
relations firms in the world. In addition to providing clients
with strategic public relations and corporate communications
counsel, the company produces film, slide and computer
presentations, annual reports, corporate profiles and other
materials for corporate communications.

TCT is a manufacturer of advanced heat exchange equipment for sale
and distribution into the automotive, heavy duty truck and
industrial equipment, agricultural and marine engine aftermarkets.
TCT's major product is a line of revolutionary charge air coolers
for aftermarket installation on Class 8 heavy duty trucks and on
buses. Headquartered in Calgary with manufacturing facilities in
the United States, TCT is growing rapidly as a result of
accelerating market acceptance of its technology and steadily
increasing sales and expanding distribution.
