Still stuck in your checklist mentality and comparison with BMW piston-power.

Thanks for making the argument for 7SSS [tm] cars for me. Travel out of town for a long distance is 1% of the total. So a small battery is fine. With a recharge at home, drivers could sell electricity to the 7SSS pit stops to keep Uber auto-drive taxis and delivery vans running all day non-stop [other than 7 seconds in 7SSS]. I guess you can understand that taxis and other busy vehicles can't be driving home and parking for a recharge from the photovoltaics. They need energy on the go. A 7 second stop is okay, but not half an hour at a Supercharger.

Try to levitate your thinking out of the 19th and 20th centuries Eric.
