I felt the Threshold/ options issue was important so I called Bruce Duncan in his truck and asked him about the Threshold and dad /option scenario. Bruce only had a couple of minutes as he was onto his way to a meeting but confirmed Threshold was a CCB consultant (his dad involved too) and he had 100k options. Bruce added he deeply regrets his association with him.
