Skaar: Totals really wouldn't tell you too much, as they can only give the total shs. that have actually been delivered somewhere. I'm not sure whether or not they seperate lettered shs. either. Anyway, when someone shorts against a block it does NOT dilute the shs. outstanding or the public float, as no one is actually borrowing shs.. Naked shorting however does dilute. Despite what the Stock Detective claims, such actions are not really that prevalent; although it does happen on occasion. It is very dangerous though should they get caught. As most of the time MM's do make a lot of money (remember, they have a built in spread), most of them are reluctant to jeopardize a good thing for a one time shot.
I firmly believe that when Select finishes its dirty work the stk. will seek its true value; which, is more or less dependent on what and how management is handling the company's affairs. Also, keep in mind, with patented technology, there may be people out there waiting for the current management to stumble. If that's the case, there might be a take-over somewhere down the road. Right now, though, we just have to wait and see.
A wonderful holidays to all; and, may the best days of your pasts be the worst days of your futures.
