I don't understand this. I have a couple of questions. If a ceo was willing to and gave options to a consultants family so they were in someone else's name I wonder what the Canada revenue agency would say about that? I wonder what else the ceo would be willing to do ? I would think that if this situation happened it would look very bad on a company ??
