If not, if someone could provide a link to an Amazon page with a 2nd generation Chromecast for sale, I would appreciate it.
Amazon does not sell the Chromecast, just like it no longer sells Apple TVs, not since October of last year. They're pushing their own Amazon Fire TV streaming device and don't want the competition. They still sell Roku devices though, so go figure.
