No....I NEVER said that. But ,YOU appear to be. Why would you do that ?

Or even compared to Cologne and elsewhere in Germany around New Year's Eve, this Italian "incident" looks like a schoolboy's ploy.

....NOT in any way equivalent but NOT schoolboy stuff. I suggest you open your eyes. Also, I'll ask AGAIN. Is not Perugia in YOUR neighborhood??
