I still have the album East/West.. Paul Butterfield was first generation hippie music and I listened to him all the time. I'm going to post another one that I think was even better and that was Charlie Musselwhite. He was not a better harp player, but I sure liked his album better, damn near wore out. Here comes Charlie Musselwhite Southside band. The entire album is first class, IMO. By the way I don't debate religion. I stopped doing that my early 20s. But just looking at it today, in the context of modern knowledge, it does have to be held responsible for the bad things it does.
