the owner needed to make appointment at least 24-hours ahead of time to arrange viewing / inventory-taking. no owner is allowed into the actual storage location. the gold is moved into a fairly nondescript room for viewing, and those bars / pallets are not light portable as a collection they are definitely not you are unusually gloomy, and as you noted, <<my normal optimistic nature is not so much going into 2016.
