December 31 is an important date for Zitel Investors. The quarter ends, Zitel will report no y2000 earnings. Zitel will report the actually Dec. 31 results over 20 days later. I am sure the Cayman Islanders know exactly what the numbers are right now. From these numbers, one can perdict the day when Zitel will run out of cash. One will also find out how many shares the Cayman Islanders have converted. Obviously Zitel could be subject to dilution that could trigger NASD security laws. Your Friend, Michael
