Recommendation: more red, orange, yellow, green, and purple vegetation. No nitrites. Nitrites were banned from BP Oil cutting oils decades ago because they form nitrosamines in stomachs in the presence of amines [easily eaten]. Nitrosamines form cancer. Bowel cancer being the primary example, but stomach cancer too. Well, a bit of ham at Xmas is not over the top. Life, pleasure and fun involves some risk. Mqurice
