Well for one thing, Morgan is no longer CEO of OVIS/RMIL. But regardless of that, there will be no financing, just like there is no 10K or no garment production facility or no water producing.
But all this aside, the SEC is going to stop trading this security. Remember, I'm the guy that showed you pictures of all the so-called production facilities. I'm also the guy that told you that American Stock Transfer would not be your new transfer agent.
Now, there is more information surfacing about a 5,000,000 share issue of restricted shares issued in November 96 to a company called Heritage International and how 1,000,000 shares of the 5,000,000 were reissued to a company called ATTORNEY BUSINESS ADVISORS, run by a fellow named Zapara in December 1996 and later put on the market as free trading shares. This little trick is viewed by the Regulators as a fradulent transaction and is also a violation of rule 144. There are numerous cases in the SEC files about dealings such as these where the perpetrators go to jail.
Hmmm, don't drink the KOOL-AID. |
