Very much in line with my views. One issue that I am considering is that there will be a bump in the road during the assimilation process that will allow for a bargain price after they complete the merger. It certainly happened to EXCH/Tilera and happens sometimes to even the best of fits. The press will start to say maybe this wasn't the best idea. That's usually a great time to add to your position or initiate one!
