What are you talking about?? IO has had one secondary stock offering. This is very common. Note that they had many customers willing to pay $35 for these shares because they understand IO's potential. Clearly, you do not. I venture to say most of these large customers still have their shares and will be very satisified with their investments by the end of the year.
