Sorry, my mistake in my post. I had asked about TM and how the testing was going and if it was still going and if it was true that they were still in fact going to the PGA show in January. All were answered in afermative. Alon did say there was a cash flow problem. When I heard that TM and the PGA show were still in the works, I asked/said something like "then we don't have to worry about any filing of bankrupcy for a while" then Alon said that that couldn't be ruled out but they were all working very hard to prevent it. Something like that. I put in my post the chapter 7 thinking 11. The one that gives time to re-organize. Neither number was brought up in my conversation. Sorry about the confusion. You mentioned in your conversation with Alon that he wouldn't rule out the possibility of a Chapter 7. Bankruptcy Chapter 11 (reorganization) would seem much more plausible. Are you sure Alon was addressing Chapter 7 and not Chapter 11. There is a huge difference to us shareholders. Thanks Roger
