There was a rumor out yesterday that ATIS was not going to receive approval at the up coming panel meeting. The rumor came to me through a group of heddge funds downstate CT. I thoroughly interviewed abouit for of them and all that was mentioned something about "having to resubmit" documentation. None of which was specicfic or directly attributible. I called Beth Kreigel and she said that there was absolutly no request for additional info. In fact, they have been ready to go since late Aug and that their supplement study was even betteer than the original. I suspect with ORG being added to panel, some mischief is at work. Best of the holidays to all and I'm sure we will all be raising a toast to our beat up bio!! (Well, maybe not the shorts). But God bless us all, short and tall!!
