On tonight's evening news, I saw yet another report on the burgeoning business of high tech employee placement. It was stated that many of the major corporations were now relying on such staffing firms in order to fill their needs for qualified personnel. In the face of a tightening labor market, it was noted that bounties (fees) to such firms were becoming quite substantial as the competition for employees increased. The cited example were informations systems people needed by Sears in Chicago. The future outlook for this industry and FAMH in particular looks exceedingly bright.
