With the Global collapse of Currency Reserves and the Global collapse of crude.... it is worse... the FED was able to sell off or roll off six hundred Billion off the balance sheet this past week and no upward pressure on US rates at all. the RUT and the Broader Market continue to be weaker... market had a chance to rally but too many sellers.... and the VIX is even down today.
