Incorrect.

The "Stand Your Ground law" was not a defense....it was inapplicable on these facts. FL Statutes 776.013, Florida's Stand Your Ground law, is specifically applicable only to dwellings and occupied vehicles....not applicable in the Zimmerman case.

The instruction the Judge gave states the elements for FL common law doctrine of self defense.

Stick to drinking...you're better at that....
