Soros-Backed MoveOn.Org Endorses Sanders
This could have a marked impact on who garners the nomination.

Clearly Democrat presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton isn't progressive enough for the far-left organization, MoveOn.Org. The group, backed by leftist billionaire George Soros has, just announced its endorsement of socialist candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders for president.

According to the Associated Press, MoveOn claims that Sanders enjoys the support of 78.6 percent of its membership. Clinton, meanwhile garnered an abysmal 14.6 percent in the online vote followed by Martin O’Malley with less than one percent.

“MoveOn members are feeling the Bern,” said Ilya Sheyman, executive director of MoveOn.org Political Action. “We will mobilize aggressively to add our collective people power to the growing movement behind the Sanders campaign, starting with a focus on voter turnout in Iowa and New Hampshire

The endorsement was widely expected. MoveOn encouraged Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren to run for president but when she declined last year many of its supporters got behind Sanders’ campaign.

Given the radical machinations of MoveOn.org, we can't say this comes as a shock, but with Sanders's polling numbers surprising many, and given the Democrat Senator is trumping Clinton in even key states, this endorsement could truly impact who, ultimately, garners the Democrat nomination. After all, MoveOn was instrumental in getting yet another radical elected twice before -- in 2008 and 2012.
