I think the problem with the company is the fear that Latin America will collapse along with Asia. Also, the company really hasn't given itself much time to digest acquisitions. They also appear on the verge of issuing additional shares. Despite these concerns, I'm glad I've had this recent opportunity to be a part of this company.
