I just read almost all the comments on this thread. I bought it around $1.95. I had the option to buy it as an IPO but I did not want to put too many eggs in the same basket, as I own a condominium which I bought from IPX in Kithcner in Nov'96. The cost of the Cond. was $56,000 which was 50% less than its price when it was buillt in 1990. The company is also managing the whole building through a management company. I get my rent check in my bank account directly after all the deduction and I am carrying the condo. for almost free and building the equity. I do not even know who lives in my condo. I know this company since may'96 and all the guys I met were top class. I think their concept of buying drastically reduced price buiding in good area and selling it to individual investor is a great concept because is win-win for both of them. They are planning more buildings (condos) coming up for sale all over north america. I think they will do well. Buy their condos. Bal
