to answer my own question there was a news release today. Barry Governman emailed me a copy but I couldn't read it in MSWord. It appears to have to do with NASDAQ listing. I am anxious to know because I want to borrow from ACAP(margin) to buy some other stocks before year end. It's not on their web site yet. Tim
