That's a positive. Steve's a good guy with more value to bring to the table than the resume in exploration suggests. He's a better communicator, for one thing.

I'll leave that as is, though, while also pointing out that the nature of the transitions that have occurred still mean more than is apparent in the change of the head man... as the most critical changes that have occurred are not the ones in the front office, but the ones in the smoke filled rooms directing what happens in the front office.

The lack of confidence that has been expressed here is less a function of the prior CEO's choices and style, and more a function of the direction he was following. Choices made at TLR do nothing other than point toward a grab for greater control by persons who have proven, in action, with the proofs in the performance, that they aren't overly concerned with taking great care as fiduciaries... rather than taking great care to ensure they are enabled in taking TLR assets for themselves...

So, Steve, be careful... don't let them ruin you...
