This filing really is a trip through the looking glass. With all ZITL's problems, what do you think the agenda is for the annual meeting? --Is it how to generate Y2K revenue after recent disappointing quarters? --Is it a presentation on MAP2000's "best of breed" (what the hell does that really mean anyway?) superiority in the fast emerging Y2K remediation field? --Is it a strategic plan to replace the IBM storage royalties with dazzling new products from their 1997 acquisitions? Well....uh, no. It's about approving more stock options for insiders. Don't believe me, read the document. They are about to cash in their last chips before ZITL does the dead fish floating at the top of the tank routine. Merry Christmas.
