Back on 1st December when this deal was cooked up, the PPS was >$1, so Apricus could have just tapped the Aspire deal with no warrants needed...IF Sarissa gave the go ahead. Clearly they didn't and now we end up with this shitty deal. Sticks in my throat, but there is nothing I can do about it.
