East Lampeter Township police are seeking a man and a woman accused of stealing a shopping cart full of merchandise from Walmart.

Police said the pair left the store with $788.06 worth of items from the Walmart on Lincoln Highway East around 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday.

The suspects were confronted by Walmart loss prevention staff and subsequently fled on foot, police said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact East Lampeter Township police Officer Heather Waltman at 717-291-4676.
