Here were some notes I jotted down at the time:

1. EV about 4x MC, DE 3, P/ Tb negative, EV/ EBITDA 5, EV/ FCF negative (high CapEx), ROA 2%, Rev growth 11%
2. FCF has deteriorated over past 10 years
3. we see here the lethal triad of rising LT debt, modest rev growth, tanking tbook
4. SA - all these articles are crap!

Catalyst is downgrades - look at what happened to ETE today.
