New paper out on choline kinase inhibition in pancreatic cancer... Pretty serious unmet need in PDAC with approx. 140,000 patients per year (WW/dev. country). Ariad's ChoKa compound is about 60 times more potent than the compound used for this paper, MN58b. Might be a real partnering opportunity here for a compound just collecting dust on a shelf. mct.aacrjournals.org
