rxbond, below is from a press release stating the "cure", it seems the avg pps. is used to default listing, the cure is over $1 for at least 30 days with no mention of averaging.......if I understand it correctly?






"The price condition will be deemed cured if the price promptly exceeds $1.00 per share, and the price remains above the level for at least the following 30 trading days, otherwise the Company's stock will be delisted from the NYSE. If the Company regains compliance with the pricing requirement prior to implementing the reverse split, the Company can elect not to implement the reverse split."
