So true on Soros and that ilk and I ain't a big fan of the Koch brothers either as I feel the plutocrats not doing their part these days using their enormous wealth for the greater good to empower people in society more instead of more tax breaks and advantages over the struggling small business person. I see yet another protest in Chicago today. Seems they still aren't looking for self empowerment either but the blame game as usual..

Much as I blame GWB and company for a lot over the years if you go back and listen to his speeches he always spoke of inclusion and self empowerment.

Not sure if this is a good move at this point in the cycle with housing so high again in many places..

Subprime Mortgages On March Again, As Obama Pressures Easier Lending

Housing: A new crop of mortgage companies with ties to Countrywide Financial and other now-defunct subprime lenders are making loans to riskier and riskier borrowers. And the Obama regime is encouraging them.

'All are headquartered in Southern California, the epicenter of the last decade's subprime lending industry," the Los Angeles Times reports in a front-page piece, "After subprime collapse, nonbank lenders again dominate riskier mortgages."
