>>Finally the earnings report. After all IPIC has been through in the past year, they still have $140 million in cash. That's $3.40 per share. That means you can invest in the pipeline for ~$6.00/share.<<

Did you notice the date on the Balance sheet? (9/30/97) this is almost 3 months ago and only 15 days after hell broke loose. Why don't you call them up to see how much cash they have now my guess is that they have probably churned in the ballpark of 20 million since then. Look at the staggering 42 million in current liabilities. What do you think this are? How do you think they will pay them? (perhaps Redux pills sold in the black market). Don't you think a good asumption is that cash will soon be under 100 million?

The name of the game from now on is to bleed this puppy to death. Don't forget that key stockholders are employees/consultants of the Co. and time to jump ship is closing in. The cash register is ringing....

One last thing, I guess you are assuming the 140 million is in in an X grow account and none of it is gonna go to cover R&D expenses, lawyer fees, lawsuit settlements etc.

PS: I guess investors have to see real blood to believe. IPIC investor behavior reminds me of AVNT.
