MSFT has enough resources to have the special master and the judge removed, and to win the case. Huh? I think you have been watching too many movies. I suppose you think that MSFT would be able to rebuff the IRS too?? MSFT is making a big mistake messing around with the DA and the U.S. Government. Many very large companies have tried unsuccessfully. MSFT will be no different. I hate to break it to you, but MSFT does not walk on water. MSFT is "mortal" too. And I do not think even Bill would be happy with a 1 million per day fine. Bob Graham
