George Peden,

Judging by the time of your post, I have to assume you just got back
from a Christmas party and probably had a few too many eggnogs. To say
the warrant holders were *not* loyal current investors and have no long term interest in the company is insane. I for one have always held both warrants and common stock and I know many others have done the same. Management hurt BOTH the warrant AND common stock holders by their poor judgement. For management to justify such a short call period by saying, " we want to get the money from the warrant call on the books before the new year," knowing that this undue time pressure would in all likelihood cause the warrants and common stock to tank is inexcusable.

As a former warrant and current common stock holder, I do feel I have the right to complain about ANY and ALL poor decisions that OUR management makes. With all due respect of course.

Shawn
