One final remark, I don't understand this analyst who increased his
rating on NOVL with a target price of 12.5 to 13. Either they started
to put the whole thing together and the stock would show a steady
upward move, or they didn't and the stock would fluctuate in a narrow
range and it isn't worth buying. Do you have any thoughts on this?.
