All - PSIX held up quite well during the Oct. crash. But within recent weeks, it has dropped quite a bit. Is everyone attributing this decline solely to tax selling and perhaps hedge fund short selling small cap issues? It does not seem to me that the fundamentals have changed much within the past weeks? Comments anyone?
