Give me a break. Gore was the incumbent; Bernie's been running away from Obama since single-payer health care was ignored. Here's he's running against Obama giving himself a tax cut, while at the same time cutting home-heating assistance for the poor. My XMas gifts that year were from Vt, as my thank-you to him. It's also when I decided he had my vote in '12.
