HI Paul, WAB is near the top of my worksheet on Buffettology characteristics, but it doesn't trigger based on valuation for me yet - especially with recent slowing trends in the financials. Maybe if the bear persists for a while we'll get some good companies at good prices. I was really hoping to see CMG Chipotle drop a lot more to fall into buy range, but for now it has bucked the trend. Big public disasters like CMG can create opportunities, but for whatever reason there are lots of buyers at higher levels than I would have expected. Buys near start of the year on stocks w/ Buffettology characteristics were WMT and KORS. KORS is probably not something Buffett would ever touch, and fashion is always dicey no matter what, but KORS is a brand that has elements of what we're looking for in possibly sustainable competitive advantage, and financially there seems to be a lot of favorable outcomes where it's profitable. There's always chance it goes south, but I decided to put chips in as it seems odds in investor's favor.
