Fujitsu has their own internal development and pilot quantity capability with a priority relationship with a manufacturer in Japan called FDK. That priority includes a substantial ownership position, maybe even up to 100% though I do not know this for certain. I do believe that 100% of FDK's output goes to Fujitsu.

You are quite right that IBM supplies 100% of its internal head requirements.
